To ensure that Careline does not miss any feedback, we have set up a
Confidential Health & Incident Reporting Program (CHIRP for short).
CHIRP can be used by anyone with access to our service (including staff and
volunteers) who wish to bring something important to the attention of
an independent volunteer whose role is to monitor our progress, ensure
our procedures are fit for purpose and that our volunteers are recognised for
their excellent work.
This includes passing on comments from raving fans, praise for a job well
done, as much as it does for raising awareness about a safety concern
or other sensitive matters.
