Fundraising and business development is a crucial element helping
to secure a sustainable future for Careline.
As Careline moves away from being reliant on gifts and donations,
we are looking to expand our team of fundraising experts who can help develop
social networks and recruit motivate and inspire local initiatives that
will raise funds for the organisation.
Our fundraisers typicaly get involved in organising:
- Black tie dances and dinners
- Cricket matches
- Golf tournaments
- Theatre events
- Sponsorships
- Marathons organisation
- Street collections

- Developing expertise Leading discussions in an agreed area (e.g.
Marketing, Public Relations, Training, Recruitment & Selection,
Fundraising, Information Systems, Counselling, Youth Skills)
- To develop and manage through to completion, agreed projects
- Organising and attending regular and ad-hoc meetings
- Scrutinising board papers
- Liasing with other organisations and voluntary bodies
- Focusing on key issues
- Providing guidance on new initiatives
- Other issues as they arise
