Speak to someone rather than over the telephone?

Counselling service is available from our offices in Ilford, East London.  Couselling is ideal for those who need longer term support.

Hypnotherapy services are available from our offices in Ilford East London.  Hypnotherapy can be of benefit to support you and is delivered by our own, highly trained, hypnotheraists (all registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register).

Help to young people

We recognise that younger people have different issues

and we work with a Chartered Educational Psychologist to help develop support for younger people.  If you are aged between 6 years and 18 years and need to speak with someone (in confidence) then call us today, in condidence and arrange to see one of our trained helpers 020 8514 5444 

 

Dont speak English?

In addition to Engligh, we are able to offer counselling in some other lanaguages or provide a signpost service to specialist help.
