Running and Marathons

Every year we get a number of places in the major UK running events and we offer these to interested runners on a "first come- first served" basis.   

The deal is that we pay your entry fees and handle most of the administration in return for you agreeing to raise a minimum donation from sponsors on our behalf.

The money raised is vital to our day to day work so not only do you get fit and enjoy participation in some great events, you also help us do more of the things we do best and help hundreds of people as a result.
