Careline has been providing a mixture of telephone and face to
face counseling since 1978. To become a Careline Counsellor, our
counsellors complete a formal training, practical assessments and undertake
supervised practice.
Armed with this expertise Careline has developed the
Certificate in Telephone Counselling (ideal for those
engaged on Telephone Helplines).
We run only three courses each year, so places are in high
demand. The courses are run from our training school in Ilford. The tutors are
experienced trainers who have a background in Counselling, thereby ensuring that
the content is as practical as it is theoretical.
