Our telephone counselling line 0845 122 8622  is open 10am to 1pm and 7pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday

The national counselling line, staffed entirely by trained volunteer counsellors, is based at our offices in Ilford, East London.

Careline does not store information about callers (such as their telephone numbers) and we do not ask for identifiable information such as names and telephone numbers.
